Here's how you do it.
Refer 3 (three, tres) people who want to make money as property locators to us by May 5, 2014. When they receive a commission in the month of May, you get paid 50% of their commission just for referring them. They still receive their full commission.

Increase your commission to 20% for the month of May!!
We will pay a 20% commission to you for each property option we sell that you helped initiate!!
Here are the rules:
You must complete and sign the Property Locator Agreement and return it by May 5, 2014. (Postmarked).
You must refer at least 3 people.
They must sign and return the property locator agreement by May 5, 2014. (Postmarked).
At least one of them must have a deal that closes in the month of May.
You get paid 50% of the commission amount when they get paid (at closing).
You get paid 20% of the property options amount at closing for each deal you directly helped with in May.
Now imagine if you referred three people and all three of them earned commissions in May. You could earn between $750 to $5,500 or more!
How many people do you know who have a little extra time and would like to make a little extra money?
